Jennifer, I have to teach from 4:30-6:00. However, I am free after that. I would *LOVE* to be there for the icebreaker, though (it's *TONS* of fun!! :) ). Is there any way we can move it down another 1.5 hours, or if someone else could run it? 3:00- 3:30 - Prospect Women expected to arrive (need mini registration/greeters) This is just a mix and mingle (there will be drinks and cookies)

3:45-4:00 - Welcome with a brief overview of the College: Giselle

4:00-4:30 - Women@ CC Welcome: Jennifer Whitlow Provide brief overview of organization, what you do, are about etc. Have all the CC Women intro themselves with name, major, hometowns, and what they do at GT. Giselle will go ahead and have the prospects introduce themselves.

4:30-5:30 - Making Movies Ice Breaker - I promise this will be fun. Ask Sweta!

5:30- 6:30 - Dinner - very casual laid back buffet with yummy food.

6:30 - 7:15 - Candle Light Tour of Klaus and CCb - Lead by Megan Elmore (?), all women are encouraged to participate and share their thoughts on our facilities.

7:15 - on - Board Games, Movies and fun! Let me know what movies you all want. Also, what do you all need for the board games.
