I'm sorry to be emailing you guys so late. I've already informed Mandy I won't be able to make it today, but just to let you guys know too... Our CEO is coming in town from California today. It's the first time he's ever been to our office, so it's kind of a big thing. So, anyways, I can't leave work today for the meeting. But here are the things I need to tell you all. 1.) I contacted the funshop people. Here's her email response to what I requested... When we do casino night for Ramblin Nights, we hire Tonight's Entertainment to do everything for us. When we do Poker Night, we don't do any decorating, so we don't have any Casino night decorations, sorry. During welcome week we normally rent popcorn machines and snow cone machines and stuff, we don't own any of those either. I've emailed her back about the Poker night and asked if they have any supplies for that. 2.) I want to remind everybody to tell the professor's that you've already invited that the date has been changed. 3.) Anne, I think the shirt ideas look great. Has he gotten back to you on a price? 4.) The SGA bill is being presented to the grad SGA and to JFC. We have to be at the meetings to represent the bill. The SGA one is next Tuesday morning at 11. Can someone volunteer to go to that meeting? I know it's during ours. The JFC people haven't contacted me yet. But when they do I will let you all know. If it's during the day, I'm going to need someone to go there and represent us too. I think that's about it. I don't have my list in front of me, so I may be forgetting something.
