Tuesday, October 30, 2007 from 5PM-8PM Hosted by: women@cc, SAB, FAB, and minorities 1) Professor Invitations and Fliers - Should be hung up by October 22nd - Need to be hand-delivered to certain professors (i.e. Monica, Bill, etc.) - Email a PPT of the flier to all of the professors so they can show it in class, from next Friday (10/26) until event date - Ask Jack for a window spot (for the Thin Client Lab) for poster hang-up - Priyanka: create Facebook event 2) Logistics - Please see the attached .JPEG file for the arrangement we came up with last week - Plan to have food for 120 people, including some pizzas - Movies: Casper (non-cartoon version), Ghostbusters - No karaoke, but still have dance competition (need brrom or stick for limbo) - WREK DJ is set for the event - Prizes so far include: B&N, Ribs & Blues donations, possibilities: Arby's, Varsity, Quizno's, Chocolates place in Tech Square, and Best Buy - Mask making: still need to talk to Craft Center - Need to get mask-making materials - Shop for decorations (Christmas lights; Giselle also has some orange lights) 3) Advertising - Flat screens in Klaus: Need to find out more details about this - Student Center PPT: Can advertise on this for up to 2 weeks - Fliers in Skiles & Howey Physics - Inform the TAs
