Hello Ladies! If you missed the meeting, one of the girls had the idea of handing out faculty invitations to all the students in the COC and have them give it to their fave profs. That way, we can have an MVP that night! So please please do that this weekend and hand them out! (THere's a copier in the CoC that allows to you make copies without a pin... AND we get unlimited prining in the COC) As for professor invitations (I can't figure out how to change the name at the bottom of the invitaiton to my name), please ask your professors soon, preferably by Tuesday. Hey girls, For now, I would just print them out as is. I am sure that Brittany will not mind getting all of the responses. (It would be easiest if they all go to one person anyway and she could always forward them to Laura P. who is running Faculty Invitations.) One more thing, to save the flyer online so that you can print it out: 1) Mouse over the top corner of the actual image (near the "2nd") until you get a box with a few options on it, one of which is an option to save 2) click the save button and it should save it as a .jpg 3) you can then open the .jpg in internet explorer and print the flyers that way **Start printing out those flyers ASAP and start handling them out in class- tell your friends!!!
