Hello ladies!!! Please stop by anytime tomorrow you can to help set up stuff. Even if it is 15 minutes here or there, it will be a great help! Here are the time slots everything will be happening tomorrow: 10:00 - 12:00 -> Finish decorating the binary bridge and 3rd floor commons. We got a good chunk of it done tonight, but the rest of the decorations that need to go up on walls and stuff are in the cardboard box on the cart in Vickie's office. Balloons also need to be blown up using the helium tank in the mail room, tied with knots to keep the air in, and put up around the Coc, Klaus, and the binary bridge. 12:00 - 3:00 -> Set up tables, decorate tables, and set up games. Remember, on the binary bridge will be the sign-in table, the DJ table, as well as all the tables for blackjack, roulette, and craps. In the area where the elevators are, there will be the table where you trade in your chips for tickets as well as the UCouncil table. In the 3rd floor commons, there will be the area for Texas Hold Em, closer to the railing, the food/soda area, where the couches are right now so the line can have stretch room, and the prizes table. In the little conference room off of the commons, we will have the cut-outs to take pictures with. All the tables will need table clothes, signs, and anything else necessary for them to do their function. All of these things are also in Vickie's office. Also, do any final balloons and set up the balloon archway. 3:00 - 4:30 -> Do final stuff! Make sure every table has everything it needs. Make sure we have all the rules ready for the games and the schedules printed out for who is working where. Re-tape anything that has fallen down. Show up in your black or denim bottom and get your T-shirt to where. Bring cameras! Everyone gets their assignments for where to work during the event. Assist the DJ, who should be coming at 4:00, with setting up his equipment. Help Giselle and Alicia to not stress out. 4:30 - 7:30 -> ENJOY!!! It is going to be so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
