Meeting Minutes (September 24, 2007)

-Officers:
Co-Chairs: Jennifer & Priyanka
Secretary: Sweta
Fund raising: Mansi
Faculty: Vinutha

-Halloween Party/Masquerade Ball - Tuesday October 30, 2007 (6-9PM) --> tentative date

-Activities
    *Group dances
    *Best mask/costume contests
    *"Count the candy corn" type games
    *Trivia (?)
    *Make your own mask/cookies/Other arts & crafts
    *Possible music-related game, such as Guitar Hero or DDR
Note: If we decide to do the masquerade ball, then we will probably not have trivia and booths. But, if we decide on the Pumpkin Palooza-type event, then we will have activity booths.

-Decorations
   *Balloon archways
   *Pumpkins
   *Use colors purple, orange, black (brown, yellow)
   *Get tall tables and decorate these

-Other Events
   *CoC Cool Stuff: Wednesday 12-3 in Commons (ask Kathy Pham for more information)

-Homecoming
   *Possible CoC team for Homecoming?
   *Events: watergun team, trivia, human pyraminds, homecoming display, buzzbash, castle building, hot dog eating, costume contest, tricycle race, Mr/Ms GT (for more ideas, see homecoming.gatech.edu)
      -Team must have 5-10 people, depending on event
      -If you have questions, ask Kathy Pham
      -If you are interested in doing an event, then let Jennifer/Priyanka know by THURSDAY evening (registration deadline = Friday)
