Women@CC/UWAB: April 1st, 2008 Meeting Minutes (No Joke ;))
Below are the details that were discussed at this week's meeting.

---------LAST MEETING---------
-Next week's meeting will be the LAST of the semester!
	-Brainstorm wish-list for next year
	-Want to do something special? :) Send ideas to Candis or myself (Sweta)!

---------CoCAESAR'S PALACE RETROSPECTIVE---------
-It was a huge success! Kudos to all and BIG THANKS to everybody! :)

-Improvements for next year
-Have a sign-in sheet/have a counter/something on their hands so people only get 1 cup of chips
-Only have either chips by value
	-Put 1 raffle ticket in the cup
	-Have a cashier table
		-Can trade chips for other colors
		-Can get raffle tickets here too
		-Could also just have Poker tournament with separate prize
-Allow faculty to get breaks
	-15-minute breaks, so they might be willing to do it longer
	-Otherwise, do 1 hour shifts only
	-Go to all faculty at least 2 weeks before (other faculty too)
-Texas Hold 'Em table: too big (oyster tables for next time)
-Too many blackjack tables
	-Maybe have more of that and less of other games?
-FACULTY CONTACT PERSON!
	-Make sure they are okay
	-Need drinks/foods
-Get more women involved!
	-Could alternate women's meetings time for fall from week-to-week
-T-shirts
	-Too many 1XLs and 2XLs and too quickly S & Ms ran out
-Move everything back and out a little bit
	-See cut-outs spread out (Six Flags-style)
	-Get your picture taken as you walk in and go pick it up at a table later if you want it! :)

-Saturday, April 5th, 8:30AM-1PM
-Can still sign up if you want!
	-Sign up for Klaus Project
-Get cell phone list of everybody participating
	-Send phone number to Candis
-Meet around 8AM on Saturday morning
-Project: Klaus project
	-More details coming TODAY!

---------WOMEN'S OVERNIGHT---------
-Not happening :(
-Phone-A-Thons (in its place!) :)
	-Every week starting NEXT TUESDAY (5:30-8PM)
		-Next week: Tuesday-Thursday
	-Phones will be set up here in CCB
	-Call sheets outside Giselle's door
	-About 300+ students: come when you can

-THIS Sunday, April 5th, 2-4PM, Student Success Center
-Sweta & Vinutha
	-Stop by Giselle's office Friday to pick up fliers
-Talk to girls about where else they applied, what they want to do, etc.
-Talk about what we are working on, as well

-April 7th, 3:30-5PM, Klaus Atrium
-Women@CC Representatives
	-Steph: Whole time :)
	-Vinutha: After 4PM
	-Candis & Sweta: After 4:30PM
-Wear BLUE I <3 Computing T-shirts
	-Give out black ones
-Gather pictures and info before then
	-Make a board or slideshow
