Subject: Women's Recruitment Team Membership Drive 2011-2012

Dear Campus Recruitment Partners,

The Office of Undergraduate Admission and the Women's Recruitment Team Advisory Board are actively seeking undergraduate female students to be a part of our Women's Recruitment Team.

We will be hosting an Informational Session on Thursday, August 25th in the Bill Moore Student Success Center Theatre from 6p.m-7:30pm for all interested students. This time will be spent discussing Team membership and the types of projects in which students can become involved. Dinner will be provided.

Additionally, the application for membership can be found online at: https://gatech-adm.edu.185r.net/survey/index.php?time=2011-09-03%2018%3A00%3A00&id=139&timeID=107 and is due by Friday, September 2nd.

The Women’s Recruitment Team is a group of students that work with the Women’s Recruitment Board to assist with recruitment efforts for women. Projects include:

• Making calls to prospective students
• Writing letters and emails
• Serving on student panels
• Hosting students during events

• Acting as ambassadors for various women’s events on campus
• Participating in WRT programs: FUTURES, Girl’s Night Out, Admitted Women's Receptions, Football Tailgate, etc.
• Actively engaging in recruitment activities to help raise the ratio of female students at GT!
