Hey girls, Hi!! I haven't got a reply from Jack regarding the time the tent will be set-up. So, I think I am gonna go to his office in the morning and ask him. I will also call and ask when the tables and chairs are gonna be brought in. Nevertheless, hopefully all this will be done by 8 PM. We decided that everybody wanted to meet at 8 pm at the courtyard. As of now, lets leave it that way. I will have to excuse myself for an hour though coz I have a dance rehearsal till 9 that I totally cannot miss.
