The shirts they are giving them are not for them to wear there. They are supposed to try to wear a white button-up collared shirt. To go with the bow- tie and arm band and hat. At least that's what we did last year. Quoting Sabina Karkin <gtg741a@mail.gatech.edu>:
I think that most of us are bringing people we know to volunteer so they already know about it from us. I'm not sure about grad and TA volunteers, if there are any. I think that Maureen asked them to contact Vanessa if they are available. As far as shirts, we'll just give them one when they get there and they can change wherever.

Is someone sending out an email to all volunteers to remind them of their shift and assignment?

I'm going to have a Volunteer table either inside or outside the tent where I will have the volunteers' t-shirts, name tags and the spread sheet. When they check in with me I will tell them what to do. If they are dealers then I am not sure who is in charge of the training session.
If no one is, then I need a copies of all the rules so that I can hand it to them with their shirt and name tag.

Several people are asking similar questions: what should they wear? who will show them what to do? Etc. Do you have a plan for them?

Is there some kind of dealer orientation or something. I am not quite sure what I am supposed to do tomorrow.
