I would say just go by there and give it to them. If they're not there, maybe you can leave the invitation and just write their name on it, and a little note like, 'hope you can make it' and sign your name. Since you've already emailed them, hopefully they can make the connection. Or yeah, you could look up some of their office hours or something like that.
2. Who do i get in touch with for the table cloth?
Not sure if anyone has taken the lead on these. For some we didn't need table clothes, like black jack b/c we have the black jack table top cloth. If we have the money we can buy these, otherwise if it comes down to it we can just stretch some of the banner paper over the tables.
I will be getting in touch with ACM, MICS and FAB for help from guys soon. Will update on that soon.
Awesome. We probably will start needing people a few hours before the event starts. so maybe they could start showing up at 3ish, maybe even earlier.
Plzz let me know of any other help. Esp.. abt helping with the publicity. When Sunday?? What time.. etc?? Depends on if we can get things printed in time....
