Derrick L. Johnson

 

Derrick Johnson has spent the last seven years developing and implementing leadership principles within organizations.  His primary focus is on the importance of employee relations and how to best develop young talent so that they have a profound impact on those around them. 

 

 Derrick currently is a Marketing Director with UPS Capital.  He is responsible for developing marketing segmentation strategies, launching marketing initiatives, and ensuring adequate sales support.

 

 Prior to UPS Capital he was the Director of Partnerships and Alliances for UPS’s e-Ventures group.  He has also worked with NationsBank (now Bank of America), Mercer Management Consulting and CitiGroup, where his responsibilities included Strategic Consulting and selling Institutional Fixed Income Products.

 

 He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.  He also obtained a Masters of Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
