Tuesday, October 30, 2007 from 5PM-8PM Hosted by: women@cc, SAB, FAB, and minorities - Publicity (hanging up fliers in CoC, Klaus, TSBR): 3PM tomorrow (10/23) - Poster printing - Permission from Jack for Thin Client Lab? - Find someone with a photo printer - Send out the email to professors *soon* (preferably before Wednesday) - Hand out DumDums+flier combination on Thursday to GT1000 for CM(40) and CS1100 (165) - Get 2 bags (of 350 each) - Photos & buttons: Waiting to hear back (after 3 times) from Craft Center still ?? - Will have buttons, picture frames, printing picture, or some sort of souvenir - Buttons are 3 for $1, but just need to make sure that someone can staff it there - Setting up for the event - If we set up Tuesday, some free times: 1:30-3:00, 3-5 - Can we set up during our Monday meeting? - Decorations Shopping - Streamers, spiderwebs, etc. - Movie screenings will be in Klaus 1116
