As one of Google’s key partners, we wanted to ask for your help in promoting our second annual Google Code Jam to I/O for Women <https://sites.google.com/site/codejamtoioforwomen/home> competition to your members. After last year’s successful launch, we are once again hosting the competition in an effort to bring more women to the sold-out Google I/O conference in San Francisco on May 28th and 29th. Code Jam to I/O for Women, is a contest where participants will match their programming skills with other female coders across the U.S. to solve complex algorithmic challenges for one of 100 prizes: a coveted ticket to Google I/O and a $500 travel stipend. We would appreciate your help circulating the following information with your members via email below. Women today are building technology that changes the world. So, in an effort to encourage more women to participate at Google I/O in San Francisco on May 28th and 29th, Google is hosting their second annual contest, Code Jam to I/O for Women <https://sites.google.com/site/codejamtoioforwomen/home>. Code Jam to I/O for Women is a national coding competition in which professional and student programmers are asked to solve complex algorithmic challenges in a limited amount of time. This competition will challenge female coders residing in the United States to compete for one of 100 prizes: a coveted ticket to the sold-out Google I/O and a $500 travel stipend.
