Quick recap:
- CoC’s career workshop event UPGRADE will be held on Friday, January 25th. W@CC will be helping with the resume peer critique session. If you want to volunteer to help keep a small group of students on track to look at each others resumes, please let Alissa know at ahartenbaum3@gatech.edu.
- Regular offices election will be held this Thursday, January 24th. If you’re interested, please send an email to Kaitilin (kpowell32@gatech.edu) or Alissa (ahartenbaum3@gatech.edu). Also, please prepare a small speech (+/- 1 min). The positions are:
- Treasurer: Handles receipts and reimbursements
- Reporter: Takes pictures, posts on the tumblr, and provides content and articles for the website
- Secretary: Takes notes at the meetings and emails them to the club
- Webmaster: Handles (and updates) the Women@CC website
- W@CC has a Tumblr! Visit wacc-gt.tumblr.com for everything related to women and computing. If you have something for the site, please email it to gtwacctumblr@gmail.com
