Welcome back girls! I hope everyone is enjoying the new semester and not getting to bogged down in studies already! The Women@CC are back and stronger than ever, kicking off the Fall 2010 semester with our first members at large meeting. You're invited!! The Women@CC is all about "Welcoming, Supporting, and Celebrating Women in Computing at Georgia Tech!" We are a unique group of women coming together to talk about our many professional opportunities, academic endeavors and of course have fun! We have some great upcoming events and we want to hear from you! Come join us! To pick a meeting time that works for everyone, please fill out this short short survey by Sunday, August 29, 2010, indicating what time works best for you. I will send out the official meeting date Monday morning. Everyone who answers this short survey will be entered in a raffle drawing for the first meeting. Hello everyone, Summer is almost over of course! I am just now returning to technology after a week of hardly any internet and back to Georgia Tech soon! The last and 7th FASET organization fair is upon us this Wednesday for our last chance to get girls' attention. Who wouldn't want to see a Sound of Music performance?? We need to get the word out so that they'll be able to join us at our events. For the fair, help us set up at the CCB at 4:50pm to retrieve our stuff, and keep us company on Skiles walkway from 5:00pm to 6:30pm! Thanks, Susan -- B.S. Hey girls! There's a FASET this Thursday, and we need your help because I will be out of town until next week! Candis can't do it on her own, so lend us a hand! It's great that we're exposing our club to upcoming freshmen, sparking their curiosity is all it takes. Hey guys! Another reminder that FASET 4 is tomorrow, and Candis and I would be happy if you could join us at the Organization Fair, so please let us know. If it rains, the fair will be held under and around the Skiles building instead of the walkway. It should last from 5 - 6:30ish, and at 4:50 I plan to be at the CCB so that we can pick stuff up from the third floor.
