[UWAB] CoCaesar's Dealers

Hello Ladies! If you missed the meeting, one of the girls had the idea of handing out faculty invitations to all the students in the COC and have them give it to their fave profs. That way, we can have an MVP that night! So please please do that this weekend and hand them out! (THere's a copier in the CoC that allows to you make copies without a pin... AND we get unlimited prining in the COC) As for professor invitations (I can't figure out how to change the name at the bottom of the invitaiton to my name), please ask your professors soon, preferably by Tuesday. That way we can catch them before they commit to something else. :). I attached the ivitation that was up on the swiki. Get Excited!!! CoCaesar's is going to be so much fun! :) Kathy

[UWAB] Fundraising efforts and misc stuff!

Hey girls! I added the fundraising list to the swiki (http://swiki.cc.gatech.edu:8080/WUAB/40) Please update the page with the statuses of all of your efforts and prizes that you have received. This weekend is a GREAT weekend to go out and try to get some prizes (CoCaesar's Palace is 1 week from Tuesday!!!) if you have not done so (however, be aware that many managers may not be working on the weekends, so you may have to go back on a weekday). Remember to get the official letter from Maureen from the purple folder in Chelsea's box to show to companies. If there are none left, email/call me and I can give you some that I have. Thanks so much to everyone who helped out with the recruiting event. Please all congratulate Jennifer Whitlow on a great job of organizing the whole event! I think that all of the girls had a very good time and many seem quite excited to come to GT as CS majors! I just wanted to remind everyone that we will be meeting tomorrow at 11 in room 53 of the CCB. And don't forget the girls are coming tomorrow so everybody get pumped!! Also, I wanted to let you all know that I'm not going to be able to be at the meeting, since I'm leaving early to come to the Google Ice Cream Social at 4:30 tomorrow. Hey guys, (yeah... i sit a work all day and wait for the little icon to pop up saying i have mail)... anyways, at the meeting tomorrow (i assume theres still a meeting) I need to take a picture of ALL the hot UWAB :) girls for the add. I have a really cute goofy picture of some of us holding Vee at the retreat, but we're missing some girls. If there are more girls tomorrow, I'd rather use that one. Kathy
